Hi everyone! I had a cup of coffee this morning!
This is important because I never drink coffee, it's really not very good for you.
The up side is that I didn't fall asleep in algebra today!!! YAY!~ I really feel good about today's lesson, I feel like I absorbed everything better than the last two times. (I recieved my first homework assignment back today, and I got a 10/12, and a dissappointing 8/12...) This makes me really want to study harder!
Anyway, there was a meeting for scholarships that need community service today, and there's a list of what you can do. You can walk dogs. I'd do that, but it reminds me of all the movies where someone is a dog walker and they have 20 dogs on 20 different leashes dragging them across New York........I really hope it isn't like that in real life...ack!
I'm kind of scared of certain dogs, so maybe only 1 or 2 at a time. If they started to fight, I don't know what I'd do...
I found my old choir music, and I want to show Big L today. I feel a lot better! Today is a great day! -amour moi

I got 37 frickin footprints today and the only comments I recieved were from my loverly sister. (no offence to you, jess, i'm just a greedy bastard ^_- )
Anyway, tonight at 9 there's a big ol meeting for the king hall. blegch! If we don't go, they'll fine us 50 bucks! waste!
I have to finish my algebra, i'm roughly half way done. I get confused easily...
I feel bad because Anna accidently broke my guardian watch-dog charm that was on the door handle, and she was like, "I'm so sorry!" It was plastic... I hope she didn't feel too bad about it. I'm going to glue it together when I have time.
I got it at my favourite Chinese restaurant in Dwight back home <3 I miss home, but I'm too busy to dwell on it, you know la?

I feel sick this morning. I have badmittion right at 10, and i already had breakfast.
Bev is singing in her room, really loud. lol, it's cool.
I really don't have anything of interest to report, I went to the first Alpha and Omega meeting last night and ate their pizza. There was ANOTHER 'get to know you' game. I think they're fun and everything, but enough is enough, ya know?
otherwise, i got a real 'girl scout campfire' feeling from the entire thing. Joel played guitar and got really into these contemporary christian songs that I don't know. He's good, i know, but I really felt left out because I was probably the only Catholic there...
Anyway, I have to go. Tonight, remind me to finish all of my homework!

IN ADDITION: I didn't pass the writing test to make it so I can skip comp 1, but that is the last thing that could possibly bother me. I like comp 1, and I'd probably fail the harder class. heh. -moi again

Today I learned that Sam is in my badmitton class.
We went to the omega series on Mary Magdeline tonight, and I thought I was going to die! It was the single longest thing I've ever sat through in my life!

I took this assessment test last week for Composition I, and i apparently did well, so now I can take another test to see if I can skip comp 1 and go to comp 2 this semester. I have to read a selection, then head over there in roughly a half an hour. Wish me luck! -joy

My God

Things are great.
Tonight I was taking my shower, minding my own business, when suddenly the fire alarm goes off. It's loud and scary, so I just grabbed my towel and walked out with everyone else. Our entire building is outside, and I'm standing there in just my towel and my conditioner ridden hair. People were like, "oooh, that's gotta suck!"
I wasn't the only one, but everyone knows, so they noticed me right away.
Good thing I have a high embarassment endurance.
Good night everyone, take showers quickly, don't sit in there and think about how to solve world hunger and that guy you like, like I do....

Ok, I'm sleepy. I think too much?

Hi! It's joy! Today we go to church. Last week I went to the Catholic church, and this week I'm going with Anna to the...I think its Presbyterian. I don't mind, I want to see everything.
Anyway, I think the admin of our network blocked youtube...this blows.
So I still have to send this pile of letters that I have all over my desk, and finish a few more. gah! I've been talking to some people over phone and some over the internet, but I really would like to send letters, you know?
Malaysians eat rice with spoons....Americans eat rice with forks.......I never thought about it, ya know?
Anyway, I hope your day is more energetic than mine. We went to the toga dance last night (btw, the songs really sucked) and then I stayed up to finish a paper, and I didn't realize it was 3am and I was wide awake...ack!
